Lee H. Ayres gave a presentation during the recent quarterly meeting of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel’s Environmental and Energy Law Practice Group

The Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel has a number of specialized practice groups. Lee is the chairman of one of those groups, namely the Environmental and Energy Law Practice Group. During a recent quarterly zoom call of practice group members, Lee spoke on the subject of Recent Developments in Oil and Gas Law. His presentation covered legislative developments as well as cases and opinions in the area of oil and gas law which had been decided in 2023 and 2024.
